Grown at high altitudes in acidic, nutrient-rich soils with abundant rainfall, this lot showcases the unique Red Bourbon varietal. Through the Anaerobic Natural process, the beans develop an expressive profile that bursts with lively fruit notes, reflecting both the terroir and the craftsmanship.
